Amendment 0004 was issued to correct the solicitation upload method in PIEE, ensuring vendors can successfully submit their proposals. Accordingly, the confirmed solicitation and updated Performance Work Statement (PWS), as outlined in Amendment 0003 and the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2, have been re-uploaded.
