The Embassy of the United States of America in Antananarivo, Madagascar is inviting companies to submit quotations to undertake gardening services for two residences occupied by the U.S. Government in Madagascar. It will be a base plus 4-option year contract.
Interested firms capable of providing the above-indicated services are invited to submit full names, email address, to procurementantananarivo@state.gov in order to receive an electronic copy of the Request For Quotation (RFQ).
A site visit is scheduled to be on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:00am. Please send complete names of your representative attending the site visit along with their ID card number to the above e-mail address no later than Friday, January 9, 2026, by 12:00pm (noon) for access request purpose.
Solicitation package will be issued on Tuesday, January 6, 2026. Proposal submission due date will be Friday, February 13, 2026, before 12.00pm. No proposal will be accepted beyond this deadline. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposal will not be accepted.
Your quotation must be marked: “Proposal in response to RFQ# 19MA1026Q0004 – “CMR and DCMR gardening services” - US Embassy Antananarivo, GSO Section, Lot 207A, Point Liberty, Andranoro-Antehiroka, Antananarivo, Madagascar.
The US Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the company responsible or individual submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so
