Supply and installation of swimming pool covers and rolling stations for U.S. Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe

Request for quotation to supply and install swimming pool covers and rolling stations at all U.S. Mission residences in Harare.

The services will cover 44 U.S. Mission residential properties in Harare. Upon contract award, the successful vendors will be provided with the specific addresses of each residence. For quotation purposes only, all residences are located in the northern areas of the City of Harare.

The Government intends to make multiple awards under this solicitation. Contracts will be awarded to the top 2 lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offerors.

The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at one of the sites. The pre-proposal conference will be held on January 20, 2026 at 10.00am  in Chisipite, Harare. Prospective offerors/quoters should email the attached Pre-Quotation Conference/Site Visit Registration Form to  HarareGSOProcurement@state.gov  by 1700hrs on 15 January 2026 to arrange entry to the premises.

Quotations are due by January 28, 2026, at 1700hrs. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
