Sources Sought – Protestant Director of Religious Education Services

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

This is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes only; it is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this notice. Information gathered will assist in determining if a small business set-aside is appropriate for a potential future solicitation. The government will not pay for information submitted, and responses will not be returned.

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas is seeking information for a Protestant Director of Religious Education (DRE) in support of Naval Base Guam Chapel.  The Protestant DRE will oversee coordination and execution of the day-to-day work of the Protestant Religious Education (RE) program.  This includes, but is not limited to, develop and execute the RE program, manage all volunteers, and publicize RE programs and events.

The applicable NAICS code is 813110, Religious Organizations.  The size standard in millions of dollars for this NAICS code is $13.0.

Interested vendors shall provide the following information:

1. Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, and email address.
2. CAGE Code.  CAGE Code must be registered in SAM.gov (https://www.sam.gov)
3. Business Size under NAICS 813110.
4. If the size standard is small, indicate if your firm is certified under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, HUBZone certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business.
5. If the services are available under a GSA/FSS contract.  If so, please provide your GSA schedule number.
6. If these services have been acquired by any Government agencies.  If so, please provide names of agencies, point(s) of contact, and contract number(s).
7. Include any other supporting documentation.
