NOTE TO OFFERORS:
For administrative reasons, the due date for quotations has been extended from August 8, 2025, to August 29, 2025. This change will be reflected in an upcoming solicitation amendment, which will also address offerors' questions. Additionally, the amendment will specify a revised delivery date for the boats and spare parts to the final destination.
