Sapporo Gardening Services Contract

This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to provide gardening services at the U.S. Consulate General Sapporo, Japan.

All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference; the date and details will be provided in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective quoters are therefore required to register before submitting quotations.

This opportunity is subject to FAR 52.229-12, Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021).
