Request for Information: NOAA Email, Content Collaboration, and VoIP Solution

This notice does not constitute a commitment by the U.S. Government and respondents will not be entitled to payment of direct or indirect costs incurred in response.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking industry information to assist in structuring requirements for the NOAA Email, Content Collaboration, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Solution. This RFI contains a list of questions that solicit feedback about specific areas of the Statement of Objectives (SOO) and other related items. The Government may use the information obtained from this notice to gain insight into industry capabilities and market information. The SOO provides additional context to the capability areas in this RFI.

Responses are due by November 10, 2023 at 5:00pm EST.

A PDF of the Google Form is attached for reference only, so that respondents may review all questions at once and prepare responses prior to completing the Google Form. Respondents are requested to still submit a response via the Google Form link.
