REPLACE TRANSFORMER STATIONS, HACHINOHE PUMP STATION NO. 1 AND 3, DFSP HACHINOHE, JAPAN. The work includes replacement of the existing transformer stations, primary air switches, magnet switches, condensers and incidental related works, as described in the plan. Related work is defined as temporary work and relevant work which is required to accomplish this project. Bid response deadline is 6 Apr 2026, 1100 hours/11:00 AM, Japanese Standard Time (JST). Site Visit is scheduled on 16 Mar 2026 at 09:00 AM. Participants will meet at Bldg. 987 Conference Room, PWD Misawa, Misawa AB, Japan.
