The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal required for structural repair and replacement of 5 Aids to Navigation (ATON) structures with an optional bid item to remove 1 ATON structure in Eastern Maine. The work is in U.S. Coast Guard Sector Northern New England Area of Operation (AOR). The ATON assets are listed below:

This invitation for bid is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR Part 19.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237990 with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of construction range of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid, payment, and performance bonds will be required. The overall performance period for this project is 240 Calendar Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The bid opening date is scheduled for 06/18/2025 at 2:00 pm.
