Description:
Contracting Service Area #7, Southwest Zone has a requirement for Marshall Gulch Renovation on the Coronado National Forest. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237310 and size standard of $45M. The government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a Performance Price Trade-Off acquisition and award(s) will be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be posted to the www.SAM.gov website on or about Mar 26, 2024. The estimated proposal due date is Apr 25, 2024. No response to this notice is necessary and all interested contractors should register on the Interested Vendors List on the www.SAM.gov website. Prospective contractors must be registered in the SAM prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register will render their firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
