The 325th Contracting Squadron (325 CONS) is publicizing this sources sought/request for information notice in order to gather industry information and seek information from any firms that have an interest in submitting a response as a Prime Contractor to renovate and add onto a fuels operation center on Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida.
This Sources Sought Notice (XLWU22-8119) is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.
This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not
constitute a solicitation or a commitment or obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this notice. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice.
The purpose of the Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) project XLWU 22-8119, Repair / Renovate Building 400, is to renovate and to construct a new addition to the facility. An approximate 900 square foot addition is being built with a lab and 4 offices. The attached DRAFT Summary of Work includes a detailed breakdown of the work scope. This will be a Design-Build project.
The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and released of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become U.S. Government property and will not be returned.
