Pre-solicitation Notice for Mobile Telephone Services for US Embassy Seoul:

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Korea will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov when it is available.

The US Embassy in Seoul, Korea is seeking to acquire mobile telephone services for approximately 563 lines.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements

This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time to SeoulProposals@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word or MS-Excel or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB.  If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
