The subject project provides Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services for Fire Protection and Intrusion Detection Systems at Various Location in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Ikego, Urago, Azuma, Negishi, North Dock, Tsurumi and Nagai, Japan. A modification to Contract N4008420D0101 was awarded on a sole source basis to CS ONE CO., LTD pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2. This justification is being made publicly available within 30 days of the contract award in accordance with FAR 6.305(b).
