The existing generator at Building 4513 shall be reworked and augmented with newly installed solar panels and battery storage to create a high-resiliency 480-volt grid-stabilization system. On the south facing roof of Building 4455, the contractor will construct and install up to seven (7) 50kW sections of PV Solar panel. This augments Building 4513 with PV solar for clean renewable energy usage offset, tying into the grid stabilization system installed on Building 4513. Per the attached Statement of Work (SOW), drawings and specifications.The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other price-related factors. The contracting officer will award to the bidder whose bid represents best overall value to the Government. The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government to do so.
