Packing, Containerization and Local Drayage of DPM Personal Property Shipments (Guam)

Amendment 0001 Effective 05 Sep 2025- The purpose of this amendment is to add Attachment (Att) 05 BPA Terms & Conditions.

ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN ACCORADANCE WITH BLOCK 11 OF THE SF 30

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for packing, containerization, and drayage services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) to support the movement of unaccompanied baggage (UB) and household goods (HHG) for Department of Defense (DoD) personnel within the area of responsibility (AOR) spanning across military installations and surrounding areas in Guam.
