New AWD / 4×4 automatic SUV

The Embassy of the United States of America has a requirement to purchase a new diplomatic vehicle, that fulfills the following criteria:

• AWD / 4x4 capable automatic SUV with a Diesel engine
• Engine block heater or equivalent cold weather starting aid
• Minimum 150 kW power and 500 Nm torque
• Height not to exceed 2.6m and width not to exceed 2.2m. Ground clearance minimum 20cm
• Minimum 5-passenger configuration, 6/7-passenger only if 3rd row is foldable
• Minimum cargo volume 1900 liters with the rear seats folded down
• Driver assistance package with rear parking camera
• 12V power outlet at front passenger area
• Smartphone integration or built in navigation system
• 2 sets of tires with air pressure monitor sensors: 1 set studded winter tires / 1 set all-terrain summer tires
• Delivery within 6 months

The successful bidder must be registered to the System for Award Management at SAM.gov if the estimated value of the order is $30,000.00 or above.
