This justification and approval is issued to extend contract # 693JJ325C000011 for Multi-Function Printer (MFP) Supplies & Support, for one-month and add two (2) optional CLINs for one-month per each extension to Lexmark International Inc Contract. See attached Justificaiton for detail.
