MEZZANINE REMOVAL

Statement of Work for the removal of the Mezzanine on 1st floor of building 480
The description set forth below reflects those characteristics which are essential to the minimum needs of the Government. The mezzanine was
deemed as interference with the shop floor crane work and needs to be removed. If the mezzanine is not moved, it will cause delays for ship work
which will affect the ship's availability.
1. Requirements
SCOPE - This statement of work requires the contractor to provide all necessary material, equipment, and personnel to remove the Mezzanine, all
attachments associated with the Mezzanine and deliver items to Akasaki Container Yard.
The Mezzanine is located at SRF-JRMC Detachment Sasebo in bldg. 480, 1st floor.
2. Removal Plan
The contractor shall provide a planned maintenance schedule to include scheduling, tools, equipment and expenses needed to conduct the removal of
the Mezzanine.
3. Transportation/Meals/Lodging
The contractor shall be responsible for their own transportation to/from SRF-JRMC Sasebo Detachment, Japan. The contractor shall be responsible
for their meals and lodging while performing the requirements of this contract.
