This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number for this requirement 12443924Q0009.     

All quotations shall be submitted electronically no later March 26, 2024 at 5:00 pm, Eastern Time, to the Contract Specialist: Chandria.Fulghum@usda.gov. If you have any questions, please contact Chandria no later than Friday, March 22, 2024, 5:00pm, eastern time.    

All interested firms are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to eligible for award of contract.  For more information, please check the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.  Registration in SAM is free.
