Justification – USAID Justice for All Activity

This is a justification for use of other than full and open competition under the “Expedited Procedures Package (EPP) for Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova” for a contract modification for TEC increase by $14,000,000.00 from $48,000,000 to $62,000,000. Incremental funding; and make various administrative changes Mod. No P00005 was issued on 09/27/2024of the USAID/Ukraine Contract No. 72012121C00002, USAID Justice for All Activity.
