Janitorial Services for TSA EWR

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) hereby requests quotes to provide janitorial and pest control services for leased spaces located at the Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) in Newark, NJ. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5.

This is procurement is set aside for eligible Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services with a small business size standard of $19.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S201 Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial. Prospective Quoters are responsible for downloading this solicitation and any amendments. It is the Quoters’ responsibility to monitor beta.sam.gov for the release of any amendments to this solicitation.
