This requirement has an estimated value of $32,679.83 which includes shipping to Guam. Babington Technology, Incorporated is the manufacturer of the Burner Training Tables and is the only vendor capable of providing the required product. Market research has shown that nothing else in the open market is able to emulate the products offered by Babington Technology, Incorporated. This contract will have a delivery period of 120 days.

Any response to this notive must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantagous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. This Notice of Intent is being posted on April 9th.
