Description of Requirement: The U.S. Embassy in Singapore requires a qualified contractor to install two (2) 240V, 30A electrical circuits to upgrade the existing electrical power infrastructure at the Embassy. The project includes all labor, materials, permitting, testing, and integration with existing systems necessary for a complete and functional installation. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract and may make an award based on initial offers without discussions. All responsible sources may submit a quotation once the RFQ is released.
Pre-Quotation Conference: A pre-quotation conference is planned. The date, time, location, and registration instructions will be provided in the formal solicitation.
Contractor Registration (SAM.gov): In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quotation submission. Registration information is available at https://www.sam.gov and https://www.fsd.gov. Offerors are strongly encouraged to register early.
Local Licensing and Compliance: Performance will take place in Singapore. Contractors must possess all required local business licenses, permits, and authorizations and must comply with all applicable local labor, safety, and tax laws. This acquisition will include DOSAR clause 652.242-73, Authorization and Performance (AUG 1999).

Security and Access Requirements: Contractor personnel may be subject to U.S. Embassy facility access and identification procedures. Additional details will be provided in the RFQ.
