Project: Installation of Submersible Water Well Pumps at Tinian North Field, CNMI1. Project Scope This project requires the complete installation of submersible water well pumps at the Ushi and M-10 well sites, located at Tinian North Field, CNMI. The objective is to establish a reliable and sustainable water source intended for non-potable applications, including dust suppression, soil conditioning, and other general field uses.2. Submission Requirements and Inquiries Proposal Submission: To be eligible for award, all offerors must create and maintain an active profile within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). A valid PIEE profile is a mandatory prerequisite for submitting a proposal. Questions: All inquiries or requests for clarification regarding this project must be submitted by January 26, 2026 (ADT).
