This requirement is for the Hyperlite 1 Portable Hyperbaric Chamber built to military specification to include all items necessary for no downtime maintenance pack, 5-year preventative maintenance plan, operations training, patient care training, and service/maintenance training. Chambers must have the "safe to fly" certification testing from USAFRL and be man-portable. Additionally, chambers must be able to run United States Navy Dive Table 6 treatments during land, air, and sea transportation. 

Based on market research, this is the only known soft sided, man-portable hyperbaric chamber that is capable of meeting the identified requirements. Please see the applicable request for quote FA520525QB004 for more detailed requirements. 

Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for the Government may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to 2d Lt Hunter Closs at hunter.closs.2@us.af.mil and SSgt Elijah Braly at elijah.braly@us.af.mil no later than 6 Dec 24 at 1630 (Japan Standard Time).
