HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES (HWMSS) at OSAN AIR FORCE BASE, KOREA and KUNSAN AIR BASE, SOUTH KOREA

This is synopsis for Hazardous Waste management Support Services at Osan Air Force Base, Korea and Kusan Air Force, Korea. The United States Air Force’s (USAF) Civil Engineering Center, Environmental Directorate, requires technical support for environmental programs at U.S. Forces Korea air bases to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimize environmental impacts of USAF activities. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to perform the work described in this performance work statement (PWS). The Contractor shall provide adequate professional supervision and quality control to assure the accuracy, quality, completeness, and progress of the required work. Work shall be performed in accordance with common industry standards/practices and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.  The USAF seeks to obtain Contractor support to complete environmental projects at OCONUS USAF installations Osan AB and Kunsan AB both located in the Republic of Korea, per the requirements set forth in the KEGS and applicable management plans described in this PWS for hazardous waste and environmental quality.
