1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Part 13 in conjunction FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a proposal.
2. This announcement constitutes the only Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; quotations are being requested and no further solicitation will be made.
3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 – Facilities Support Services.
4. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV and have an active cage code. 
5. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number is: W519TC-24-Q-2370. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The award will be FIRM FIXED PRICE.
6. Questions are due via email to the Contracting Officer: linda.a.matos.civ@army.mil with RFQ# W519TC-24-Q-2370 in the SUBJECT line by 1500 SAST 28 JULY 2024. The Government will respond to all offerors via a modification to the RFQ on www.sam.gov.
7. Quotes are due via email to the Contracting Officer: linda.a.matos.civ@army.mil with RFQ# W519TC-24-Q-2370 in the SUBJECT line by 1500 SAST 07 AUG 2024  NO EXCEPTIONS. Company's Cage Code is required with quote submission. Offerors shall submit quotes using the Quote Structure attached.
8. Offerors are encouraged to check the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov for any amendments to this combined synopsis/solicitation.
9. This acquisition is RESTRICTED to only properly credentialed businesses authorized to conduct business in Saudi Arabia. You will be required to provide documentation of your Company’s Commercial Registration and your General Authority for Zakat and Tax Certificate.
10. A local office and local bank account in Saudi Arabia is required.
