Gardening Maintenance Services

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Abu Dhabi will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The purpose of this contract is to obtain gardening services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Embassy compound, the residences of the Ambassador and the Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Contractor shall perform gardening services in all designated properties.  The work required under this contract shall be performed directly by the Contractor’s trained employees and shall not be subcontracted.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
