Film Production and Deployment

The purpose of this amendment A00002 is for the following :

1. To notify prospective bidders regarding sharing of film script via email with only those bidders that attended the pre-quotation conference in person  held on August 6 and August 13,  2025, at American Embassy, New Delhi.

2. To provide answers to queries raised by prospective bidders. 

3. To re-notify prospective bidders  date of bid submission as August 20, 2025 .

The quoter is required to convey their acceptance by completing Blocks 8 above and 15A, 15B and 15C below and including the signed SF-30 in their proposal submission
