Pre-Proposal Conference / Site Visit Details:  Pre-Proposal Conference (PPC) will be held the morning of 6 December at 1000 CET on installation.  Building Location will be given to attendees through email coordination.  Site visit will be conducted immediately following the PPC.  Transportation from the PPC to the site visit will be provided.  Access is still limited to 4 personnel per firm.

ACTION REQUIRED: If you will be attending the PPC and Site Visit, pass coordination is a must.  If a potential offeror already has access, they will still be required to submit a request through the Contracting office.  Please submit attendance requests to: Ms. Elisa Orsini at elisa.orsini2.ln@army.mil and Mr. Cliff Roberts at cliff.n.roberts.civ@army.mil.  Pass requests must be submitted NLT 27 November 2023, 1400, CET.  This will ensure access is provided to those wishing to attend.

A. This requirement is for Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects for the Darby Military Community.
B. This solicitation may result in the award of up to four contracts.
C. There w ill be a five (5) year ordering period. 
D. The seed project will fall under the NAICS Code 236220.
E. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $500.00.
F. The seed project may be awarded (subject to the availability of funds) as part of this IDIQ, but will be on a subsequent task order.
G. The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the entire MATOC lifecycle SHALL NOT EXCEED $15,000,000.00.
