This is a design build project for the design and construction/renovation of the current C2 Fusion Center at Basa Air Base, Floridablanca, Philippines. The scope includes the renovation of an existing facility, construction of a new guard shack, perimeter security fence with integrated lighting, enhancement of building security, sealing gaps in exterior penetration, and the provision of CCTV cameras along the fence and within the existing C2 Fusion Center.

The design-build contract requires essential site work, excavation, and the construction of approximately 260 meters of perimeter security fencing and lights. Additionally, enter/exit turnstiles and a gate will be installed within the fence line. A new guard shack, measuring approximately 14 square meters, will be constructed with a covered walkway connecting it to the building's facade. The guard shack will be equipped with climate control, internet connectivity, and necessary electrical and HVAC utilities.

CCTV cameras, with specific peripheral views outlined in the attached layout, will be strategically positioned on both the new perimeter fencing and inside the existing C2 Fusion Center. Notably, the guard shack, security fencing, lights, and CCTV installation constitute new construction, while the security enhancements for the exterior ceiling/awnings involve the renovation of existing facility space.

  2. coordinate with utility providers and other local Government agencies
  3. acquiring required construction permits
  4. site electrical systems; and
