• 25 June 2025 at 14:00 local time - RMAF (Royal Malaysian Air Force) Base at Labuan, GPS: 5(d) 17' 44.5" N 115(d) 15' 23.3" E.

Contractors did not submitted the base access request, in reference to Sources Sought N6274225R6503, will not be allowed to attend the site visit.

The date for submission of proposal is July 11, 2025, no later than 11:00 AM Thailand time.
