Custodial Service-U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey, South Korea

This is a presolicitation notice for comprehensive custodial services supporting 109 facilities within U.S. Army Garrison Yongsan-Casey, located across multiple installations in South Korea. Locations include Camps Casey, Hovey, Castle, H-220, Kwangsari, Panmunjom, Swiss Swede, Bonifas, Warrior Base, Yongsan, and JMMT. The contractor will be responsible for all cleaning tasks, restroom supply replenishment (soap and paper products), and maintaining a clean, neat, and professional facility appearance. Services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Performance Requirements Summary (PRS), and Enterprise-wide Custodial Services Performance Standards.
