Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Part 13, as supplemented with additional addendum information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being request, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The 162d Wing intends to award one firm-fixed-price, Purchase Order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the RFQ requirements represents the best value, price and non-price factors considered.

The Arizona Air National Guard (AZANG) is seeking quotes for a venue within 20-miles of the Phoenix Internation Airport, contractor shall provide all conference room, supervision, meals, audio/visual equipment and services necessary to execute the Cyber/Communications Strategic Alignment Workshop (CSAW). The CSAW is conducted by NGB A2/6 to provide ANG Cyber and Communications units the latest training, resources and opportunities to successfully meet all mission requirements, safeguard regulatory compliance and ensure the effective stewardship of all ANG Information Technology in support of the warfighter and weapon systems. The workshop will align NGB A2/6's strategy with efforts within the directorate and those at the wing level.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04 May 1, 2024. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web site for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 721199, with a size standard of $9M.

The 162nd Wing intends to evaluate quotations and issue a one-time purchase order based on the initial quotation received. The initial quotation should contain the best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Contracting Officer will not establish a competitive range, conduct discussions, or otherwise use the procedures described at FAR 15.306. The 162nd Wing does not intend to pay for any information provided  under this notice. The 162nd Wing is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. The Government reserves the right and may award based solely on information contained in the quote and is not obligated to seek completion or clarification if the original quote is unclear. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice in its entirety at any time.

Amendment 0002 -  Quote due date and time has been updated in the General Information section above. The Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Quote (RFQ) attachments have been amended and posted to the attachments section of this posting.  Previous SOW and RFQ have been superseded.  Offerors should should take note of updated NAICS, PSC and place of performance.
