The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District (LRP), has a requirement for a commercial services contract for Building and Grounds (B&G) Services at Conemaugh River Lake. The contractor is required to furnish all necessary supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and transportation/vehicles necessary to perform the required services. Services include grounds maintenance, cleaning services, solid waste removal, and raw sewage and sludge removal.
This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Landscaping Services, and the Small Business Size Standard is $9.5M. The Period of Performance is 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025, with four (4) discretionary one (1) year option periods. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, will not exceed 5 years 6 months.
A pre-quote meeting and site visits are scheduled to review the B&G requirements at Loyalhanna Lake (W911WN24Q3005) and Conemaugh River Lake (W911WN24Q3008) for Wednesday, 17 January 2024.
In case of inclement weather, the alternate date for the site visit is 24 January 2024.
