The purpose of this amendment is to allow offerors ample time to consider the questions and answers posted. Bidders are allowed to withdraw their submitted bid and replace it with a revised bid that aligns with the questions and answers.
The solicitation is reopened and extended until July 03, 2025 at 3:00pm local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
