Carpet Replacement and Painting at American Diplomacy House

The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea, requires a qualified contractor to perform a carpet tile replacement and painting project at the American Diplomacy House (ADH) office and hallway, located within the Embassy Annex Compound in Seoul, Korea. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.  

The Government plans to issue solicitation in July 2026. The solicitation will be posted on https://www.sam.gov and the Embassy website. No paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
