The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) intends to solicit and competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Between Occupancy Maintenance (BOM) of Military Family Housing located on Lucius D. Clay Kaserne and around Wiesbaden, Germany.
The IDIQ contract will consist of a five (5) one year Ordering Periods for a total Ordering Period of 60 months. Proposed Ordering Period start date is 21 February 2025.
Solicitation W912CM-25-R-0001 will be issued on or about 16 December 2024.
The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov. Intended proposals should note that the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. This document is being provided for planning purposes only and subject to change. All documents in the issued solicitation, and subsequent adendments, if applicable, will supersede this draft document.
