AWS POOL 1 Task Order

This is a posting of a Justification for a STRATUS Pool 1 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Task Order to AWS. The orders placed under these BOAs will be for Direct Hyperscale Cloud Service Providers to provide cloud provisioning services.
