May 17, 2024: Amendment 02 – Updates the Bid Schedule with the numbers identified under the Table for CLIN0001 below.

May 14, 2024: Amendment 01 – Increases the number of rooms needed June 1-4 and June 11-14 from 26 to 27 doubles per night. This increases the total number of rooms needed.  

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912LC-24-Q-0062 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. This procurement is posted as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 721110 – Hotels (except casino hotels) and Motels; and the Federal Product/Service Code: V231.

This requirement is Unrestricted.

The following commercial items are requested:

CLIN0001: Double Occupancy Rooms – 276 Rooms nights total and Single Occupancy Rooms – 16 Rooms nights as outlined in the SOW.

Total Rooms Needed: 292 Rooms
