409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award contract for Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Educator Services to provide services in support of the Army Community Service (ACS), United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Rose Barracks (Vilseck), Tower Barracks
(Grafenwoehr), Netzaberg, and Hohenfels Military Communities in Germany.
This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.
The Period of Performance is expected to start 29 September 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
