UPDATE #1 DATED 21 NOVEMBER 2023
BLUF: The due date for Questions related to the solicitation is hereby updated from 27 November 2023 to 30 November 2023. The due date for proposals remains as 20 Dec 2023.
A request was received to extend the deadline for questions to 4 Dec 2023 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday. We are sensative to the fact that the question timeframe fall right over a holiday. Unfortunately we are not able to accept the 4th of December without risking the timeline for proposal receipt. Therefore are providing several additional days for question submissions but not the full amount of requested days.
