ACCES Headsets – Amendment 0001

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to manufacture and supply Attenuating Custom Communication Earpiece System (ACCES) headsets for flightline maintenance specialty personnel at Kadena AB. Manufacturing of the headsets requires silicone ear impressions made for each individual receiving a headset. Active Duty impressions-certified personnel on Kadena AB or USNHO Okinawa will perform impressions of each individual slotted to receive the product. The contractor will then manufacture the headsets based on each ear impression. 
 
Requirements: 
(34 EA) SiliClone S-50 Impression material SKU: 10154 (8W/32 TIPS) 
(400 EA) ACCES Headsets AXGMK NRR29dB with 79803 ACCES modular cable

Door to Door Shipping to Kadena AB

4 weeks following lead time event: upon receipt of completed headset impression batches in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
