1. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures.
2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05, effective date 07 August 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 17 January 2025, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS) change effective 16 October 2024.
The Period of Performance (POP) consists of a one (1) twelve-month Base Period, followed by four (4) twelve-month Option Periods, and a potential six (6) month extension of services exercised at the Government's sole discretion in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
