554 RHS Contingency Dorm Mattresses (GUAM)

See attached Amendment 1 RFQ - 554 RHS Contingency Dorms Mattresses and attachments.  Below is a list of changes under this amendment. 

1. CLIN 0001- Description and salient characteristics have been revised.
2. CLIN 0002- Mattress Covers IAW Attachment 1 – 554 RHS Contingency Dorm Mattresses Salient Characteristics has been added
3. CLIN 0003 is now the shipping CLIN.
4. RFQ response deadline has been extended to 6 August 2024 at 10:00am Chamorro Standard Time
5. Section VI, delivery date has been revised
6. Section IX, has been revised and updated.
7. Section XVII Attachment 1 has been revised and renamed. 
8. In section XIV part C iii, “ The Government reserves the right to issue purchase order for all, some, or none of the contents of this solicitation.” was added.
9. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged 

All previously dated versions of this RFQ is obsolete. Please ensure offers are aligned with revisions made under Amendment 1.
