4120–5C400 Wing HVAC Systems Amendment 0001

Amendment 0001 issued to post answers to technical questions.

Contractor shall furnish and install (15) 24000 BTUs mini-split HVAC ductless units with heat pump in the 5C400 Wing and (2) additional 48000 BTUs cassette mini-split units with heat pumps in main entrance vestibule area at VA Hospital in Dallas. Contractor shall run electricals from the identified panels to the units located at Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd, Dallas TX 75216.
