3D Portable Scanner System and accessories.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of a 3D Portable Scanner System and accessories.

This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION Vilseck, Germany. The government requires delivery to be scheduled within 30 calendar days after contract award IAW FAR Clause 52.211-8 (Time of Delivery).

The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Solicitation will be released under full and open competition until 22 AUG 25, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation at any time prior to award. All Amendments to the Solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendment.
