R614 – SHREDDING SERVICES

Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), travel, ICRA Barriers, supervisors, and qualified personnel to provide on-site sensitive document destruction resulting in the documents being unrecognizable and unreconstructed of the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Tucson VA Medical Center (VAMC), in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations.
