The 316th Contracting Squadron (316 CONS) in support of the 89th Communications Squadron is seeking information from interested contractors to provide all personnel, supervision, software, hardware and network development, sustainment engineering, information assurance, logistics, and other services necessary to provide continuing operations/maintenance support of the Mystic Star Communications Management System (MSCMS), in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) specifications and standards.
