As the proposal submission deadline approaches, the E2 team would like to give further guidance on the submission of classified materials. To expedite the team’s review of your classified materials, we are asking that they be submitted virtually, and at the secret level. Preferred methods include:

BLUF: 4th iteration of CRM feedback released today. Subsequent updates to program solication are available in the Bidder's Library. Macros released for CAMEO.
The Macros released for CAMEO will also be available on the Bidder's Library, we are releasing this as a means to support the eas of navigation and review.

The E2 team has been working to address your comments, questions, and concerns via CRM. Please find a new CRM edition posted within the Bidder’s Library. In support of those efforts, the E2 team has also posted an updated SOW and Program Solicitation—details are below.

Following Formal Request for Prototype Proposal release, the E2 team received feedback from industry partners with regard to One Best Offer. After internal discussion and evaluation, the Government has identified that alternate offers may be in the Government’s best interest.
The Government highly encourages that each Offeror submit only one offer. Should an Offeror prefer to submit more than one offer, in no case should an Offeror submit more than two proposals.

The Epoch 2 Team is proud to announce that the day for the Formal Request for Prototype Proposal is now live on the Bidder's Library (as of 9 August 2024, 1200 PDT). Epoch 2 vendors will build upon Epoch 1 to provide the nation with much-needed global tracking access capability to counter threats including advanced hypersonic missiles. Please refer to the attached AO Letter for more information on how to access the Bidder's LIbrary (if you do not already have access) and the pertinent POCs to contact should you have any technical difficulties or questions related to the full RPP package.
Following the Formal RPP release, the E2 Team will be hosting a few virtual events for industry. Please see below for more information on how to attend the virtual events.
